This interactive session introduces a practical method for releasing these patterns to restore coordination, flexibility, and natural movement. Participants will practice techniques with one another and may experience relief from long-standing injuries, tension, and limitations often believed to be permanent or age-related. Learn how clearing nervous system trauma can support deeper, more complete recovery and lasting physical freedom.

You’ll learn the technical standards of the industry, how to deliver feedback that builds rather than breaks, and how to champion healthy, safe dance practices from the judging table. Become the judge every dancer deserves. Leave equipped with the tools and insights needed to make an impact on dancers, educators, and the competitive dance community as a whole.
